The staff were not only friendly and helpful but also responsive to all my requests, making my stay truly enjoyable. The property was easy to find despite its remote location, and I appreciated the efficient services such as dry cleaning and cleaning staff working long hours to maintain high hygiene standards.The newly renovated Lake-House boasts a sizable garden with a pool view from every room, providing a serene atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the excellent à la carte breakfast served in the on-site restaurant, which saved me the trouble of looking for dining options in the city. The availability of free bikes allowed me to explore the picturesque surroundings, including Park Natalka with its leafy paths and picnic lawns. The inclusion of amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a minibar in the rooms added to the overall comfort.
